Gulf Shores, Ala. – The Softball team in southeastern softball in Nova opened its campaign in 2025 at The Gulf Shores Invitational on Friday night. New Southeast was dropped tonight a match against Lubbock Christian 3-1 in additional submission. The first shark game against Valdosta State was canceled due to adverse weather.

Bot 3 – Sharks first got on the board thanks to RBI of Cassidi Dushkinwearing Maliyah Lawson through the home plate.
Top 7th – Lubbock Christian continued to fight, marking a late running to tie the game and send it to additional submission.
The top 8-chaps climbed where they stayed, scoring two runs to rise by 3-1.
The Bot 8-Mi-NSU tried to press it, but could not overcome the deficit, eventually dropped out of the season to open the season against the Lubbock Christian 3-1.
NSU will take the field again tomorrow, Saturday, February 1, and will take the State of Rogers at 13:45 and West Florida at 4:00 pm.
