TIt is expanding the federal network.

After Wheeling and Dealing Through Tens of Millions of Dollars in Alleged Fraudulent Medical Billing During Their Short Marriage, Scottsdale Couple Alexandra Gehr, 38, and Jeffrey King CES – SPARING THEM FROM POTENTIALY SPEENDING THE REST OF their life in prison.

Gerke, a medical entrepreneur with a fashion model of appearance, and King, a music producer with a taste for expensive watches and fast cars, remain in separate cells at the Florence Correction Center, 60 miles from the $ 5.7 million home, which is seized by the government.

On June 17, four months after they married a shiny ceremony, they were handcuffed as they tried to get on a plane to France.

In January, King changed his request from not guilty to his bride, who went on a legal basis for guilty in exchange for reduced charges.

Gehrke – known to friends and associates such as Lexie – and King claims to have filed $ 900 million in fraudulent medical accounts, such as a $ 330 million pocket “in illegal refusals as a result of their fraudulent scheme,” according to charging documents.

In addition to property and high-end vehicles, the government has seized $ 60 million in number, with the two “having access to a potential tens of millions of dollars” in cryptocurrencies and hidden bills.

Shortly after Scottsdale’s couple apparently reached a legal basis agreements, Delon Bennett was accused of conspiracy for healthcare fraud and “US fraud conspiracy and for attracting and receiving refusals.”

According to billing documents, Bennett, a resident of Phoenix, has received just under $ 18 million “illegal refusals” from GERke and its companies.

Bennett is said to have participated in the Medicare GERKE and King scheme by ordering grafts for elderly residents of a nursing home who do not need them.

“Medicare has restored alographic claims, distributed by (Gehrke’s company) at an extremely high speed exceeding $ 1,000 per square centimeter for certain allograms,” according to the Bennett billing document.

The scheme also claims to have filed fraudulent claims to the Federal Fund for TRICARE Insurance and private insurance companies.

As a director of the sales of Gehrke-King Viking and APX, “Bennett directed the patients he identified to Jeffrey King and APX, who have contracted with practitioners with nurses to apply the allograms he orders.”

Bennett, who also trained sales representatives for Gerke and King, recently cashed a $ 2.1 million check in March 2024.

King’s agreement, filed on January 31, agreed to plead guilty on a conspiracy charges for performing cheating in healthcare. Three months earlier, Gerske achieved an almost identical deal.

While the accusation package against them could lock the former Glam couple for the rest of their lives, the maximum sentence under their agreements is 20 years each.

GERK is planned to be sentenced on August 12th. Hearing a sentence for King is not yet scheduled.

The two will have to work hard after his release from the federal prison as they agree to pay over $ 600 million to insurance providers.
