The Seattle Marinors Famous Hall Jay Bunner returns to the 2025 broadcasting butt – Sports Illustrated

The list of the main league in Seattle Marinors will have several new faces, as the bigger part of the 2024 season will return for 2025. But the broadcasting team that calls the sailors will be significantly different than was in the past.

The longtime commentator on the game of Dave Sims went to the Pacific northwest to join the New York Yankees broadcast in the same role.

The news of Sims’s departure meant that the Seattle booth team would have undergone some changes. And finally we realized what these changes would be on February 7th.

An article published by Adam Jude of The Seattle Times revealed that, in addition to SIMS, Mike Blowers will also leave the broadcast cabin for undisclosed reasons.

The article also that Aaron Goldsmith, who has been in the Mariners cabin, broadcasting for more than a decade, will take on as a leading commentator on a game game. Joining it will be a rotation of the votes. One of them will be Team Hall of Famer Jay Buhner.

Bunner will divide his duties in the game with the other new additions and comment on the shows before and after the game.

Bunner is one of the most beloved franchise figures since Seattle acquired it in New York Trade in 1988. Bunner is part of each individual team in the history of franchise before the organization violated the land in 2022. He won the All -Star appeared in 1996 and won a gold glove the same year.

BUNER serves as a television operator of part -time for Marinrs for four years after his retirement in 2001. Despite the organization’s policy of not retiring the number for non -national players at the Baseball Hall of Fame, no player carried No. 19 of Bunner since he retired. It was introduced to the Seattle Fame in 2004.

Mariners are one of the best organizations in the league when it comes to including their previous legends in contemporary franchise visits. And Bunner will have a finger on the pulse of the franchise at least 2025.

Seattle is expected to officially announce the new additions sometime next week, according to Jude’s article.
