The Mexican restaurant of Gilbert to stay open so far, says the owner – KSAT San Antonio

San Antonio – The Mexican restaurant of Gilbert will remain open so far after reaching his goal to raise funds over the weekend to avoid closing, the owner announced on Facebook.

Ashley Rodriguez Erera, the owner of the second generation of the Mexican restaurant of Gilbert, shared the news on Monday night.

Erera said the restaurant used the funds to pay for enough food and deliveries to continue for at least another week.

“Everything went this weekend and showed up and showed up. I couldn’t thank everything for everything you did this weekend, “said Erera.

Although the restaurant has achieved its goal to raise funds, Erera said it still needs additional support from the community to remain open.

Herrera announced on Facebook that the Mexican restaurant of Gilbert will be open on Tuesday.

“We closed, but with the help and support of the community, I am able to move forward and open,” Herrera said.
