The mayor of Trenton and the City Council traded Barb for possible water supply (La Parker column) – Trentonian

Past Water Affairs studies in Trenton have found elevated levels of trihallomethanes (TTHM), which can have negative health effects, including cancer and reproductive problems.

No traces of blood were reported, not as an O-positive fluid spilled on Tuesday on the Chambers floor of the City Council, as the eldest wife of the council Jassi Edwards and Mayor Reed Gusiora had exchanged cuts on political paper.

As Vice-Chairman Edwards, the largest acting, expressed concerns about operations at Trenton Water Works, Gusciora became cheeky, interrupted and showed controversial behavior.

Edwards showed tolerance when Gusiora was offended by his opinions. The confrontation of the point point produces dead air, while Edwards waited for Gusiora to hit an orally, political greenhouse, which in parallel with a past strategy used by boxer Mohammed Ali in his famous heavyweight opponent, George Forman.

“I just want to repeat specifically that the Soviet (Crystal) Feliciano and I have been dealing with (tww problems) for more than two years. We turned to the incompetence and complacency of staff, “Edwards began before Gusciora’s first interruption.

“Just give us names and (rabbit) I don’t know that. I would urge you to convey what disadvantages there are, what kind of staff members should go, “said Mayor Gusiora.

“DEP has been offering supervision (on Tww) in the last few years,” Edwards restarted. “Yes, the last two years,” Gusiora corrected before the counsel restarted its opinion. Edwards noted a list of concerns identified by DEP in a recent report. Gusciora again demanded specific names of more TV employees before Edwards mentioned the recommendations that she and Feliciano made in terms of ways to improve operations within the problem water facility.

“Where are they (the recommendations),” Gusiora experienced, when Edwards approached irritation. -Comage-continued Edwards before responding to the split second Gusciora. “We started training,” he said. Edwards had reached the end of the time needed to boil tww water during a consultation. She stopped.

“You are very fighter,” Edwards accused.

“I just answer the questions,” Gusiora said. Edwards continued.

“You have given everyone else’s respect for the daisy without cutting them off. I want the same, sir – the grill Edwards.

“All right,” Gusiora was deleted. With regard to the permanent place, Edwards claims to win without any colleague withdrawing against the mayor Gusiora, and their withdrawal is probably attributed to his polite placement with other members of the council.

Eastern ward adviser Joe Harrison followed a three -minute monologue who accused the previous city council, which was involved, for many problems that Tww and Trenton city are now facing.

“Where were you when the previous advice was out of control? There is no condition anywhere, condition or depp. You are now coming here, saying that you think we should create a regional council. I think it’s a joke. This is disturbing, ”Harrison said.

Harrison’s blood pressure was that Gusiora was dressed in public. More than once, Mayor Gusiora did not interrupt or did not try to refuse Harrison.

Mayor Gusiora’s manipulators should advise him to change both the tone and behavior during interactions with G -Edwards. Her presence as a respected member of the City Council provides her the same respect as offering to other members.

In fact, D -Ja Edwards sounded more mayor than Gusiora, which became angry and ignited during its exchange. In the end, Edwards said he would send information about TWW to Gusiora and the mayor noted that he was looking forward to receiving these ideas.

A reasonable summary accepts bad blood between Gusiora and Edwards, since its recent votes in the last minute stopped the Council of the Southern Department of Jenna Kettenburg to become president of the City Council.

Edwards may consider challenging Gusiora in the next election. Remember how cumbersome they were when Gusiora extended the lease agreement at her campaign’s campaign headquarters for Edwards, Feliciano and council advisor, Yazmini Gonzalez in 2022 for three places on the Council.

Now Feliciano rumors about another Gusciora Challenger, while Gonzalez won the Presidency of the City Council, a position that seemed to be defined as Kettenburg. Trenton policy seems to be focused on identifying blood sports.

Readers and residents can develop their own opinions on this exchange of Gusciora and Edwards. Just access to the January 28th meeting on YouTube.

Take the video at 26:20 and listen to the innate conversation between the cruel advice of the council Feliciano and Mayor Gusiora. Edwards follows at 33:03.
