A Hottorn man did not compete on Thursday on two accusations arising from an attack on an 11-year-old girl at Wilmington last year.

Jose Julian Haime -Jr., 30 -year -old, is confronted with 11 years and 4 months in the state prison and registration of sexual criminals throughout life in connection with his request for a competition for one of the census of each of the violent law of a child under 14 years and an attempt to abduct a child under 14, according to the District Prosecutor’s Office of Los Angeles County.

He is about to return to the Long Beach courtroom on March 14 for a sentence.
