Baton Rouge, La. (WAFB) – A legal basis agreement with a man accused of drunk driving and wounds three Baton Rouge police officers who responded to a separate I -10 disaster in August 2021.
After years of delay and delay in the court case, Joseph White has agreed to plead guilty to two charges for a negligent injury for first -degree cars. In return, he will be sentenced to half of the maximum punishment, which amounts to 5 years in prison for each issue to be served at the same time.

Investigators say that the 27 -year -old White of Gonzalez has been driving with a blood alcohol content (BAC) with more than twice the legal limit when he crashed into officers who have been on the side of the interstate investigation into an individual disaster. He was accused of DWI, as well as in several numbers of negligent injury and a number of reckless operation.
Brpd SGT. Jason Martin suffered severe foot injuries that doctors were forced to amputate. A second officer suffered severe head injuries and severe injury to the leg and foot.
