Reno, Nev. – After a successful first season for the Reno Aces Foundation, Reno Aces has announced the donation of over $ 55,000 for the opening grant of 12 charity organizations in North Nevada on Tuesday.

Following a grant process, which monitors over 50 candidates, the Board of Reno ACES Foundation Directors narrow the field to the 12 recipients, which are mostly aligned with the Reno-Tahoe Community Foundation initiatives.

The Reno ACES 2025 Foundation Grants Grant includes:

Awakening: Grant will support the ongoing initiatives at the Waking Center and support the overall operating costs to guarantee the current complex needs of the victims of sexual trafficking.

Big brothers and big sisters from North Nevada: Financing will support five mentor-men’s games for the whole year.

Communities in Western Nevada Schools: The grant will directly support programs that empower the students in the Washoe School District to overcome the barriers before success.

Eddy House: Financing will help support the Eddy House’s emergency shelter and the Drops and Security Center for the facility.

Educational Alliance: Grant will contribute to the focus of the organization on local schools focused on better cultures where students feel valued.

Rave Family Family (RAVE): The grant will support families raising children with special needs in Renault, Sparks, Carson City, Elko and the surrounding cities in North Nevada.

Great Basin Outdoor School: The grant will reward 30 children with partial scholarships to visit the Great Basin Outdoor School summer holiday camp.

Arte and Culture Latino: AID will provide free complete arts, culture and STEM programs, including nutrition for the participation of K-12 Latinx students in Washoe County School County.

Life is worth it: funding will support efforts to prevent the organization’s suicide by covering the cost of a coach, printed materials and licensed support for participants in various seminars.

Proctor R. Hug High School: The contribution will help to play more scruples and tournaments, as well as to buy equipment.

Reno Housing Authority: Financing will help expand the Golden Grocery Program.

The Association of Sierra: Grant will provide gift cards at health food stores for impoverished families and incurably sick persons and take care of young students and homeless young adults served by the organization.

In addition, grants recipients will be part of the pre -game ceremony before the Reno Aces Home Game in the 2025 season.

Reno Aces fans and Reno-Tahoe Community members can contribute to the Reno Aces Foundation via the 50/50 club raffle, which works during Reno Aces home matches from Thursday throughout the season, in addition to all worn in The game, the themed auctions of the topic contribute to the foundation.
