Authorities want the public help in finding a family of a 70 -year -old man who recently died in Birmingham.
Dejong Dirk Kinney was found dead on January 21 at his home southwest of Princet Avenue after a neighbor asked police to check well -being.
Jefferson’s chief deputy carrier Bill Yates said Kini died for natural reasons.
His body is ready to be released for a funeral, but the Corron’s office failed to find and notify relatives.
Kinney listed previous addresses in 900 block on the 24th street to the southwest and a 1400 block on 18th street to the south in Birmingham.
Neighbors told the authorities that Kini was not a native of Birmingham and they did not know about his family.
