Baton Rouge – Victoria and Dzhevon Cross say they have had problems with Riveroaks Elementary teachers since their children began to visit in 2022.

“When [the teachers] Come to school, they should be [the children’s] Defenders and they don’t. It is as if they are afraid of the children, “said Dzhevon Cross.

They say that their two sons do not do well at school and one of them is harassed. The family had meetings with the principal, the faculty and the school board on the issues, but nothing changed.

“I was told they could fix the problems I had and couldn’t let them go to another school. They talked to me about the problems and I accepted it as they say,” You have to stick to what you have ” – Victoria Cross said.

The parents tried to meet one of the son’s teachers to discuss his grades, but could not contact her.

“We tried the director, the assistant director, the secretary. To contact her,” Jevon said.

When the son betrayed the Master’s message, he said she called the director and he shouted. When they returned, he said that the teacher called his grade to everyone.

“Then she called the director. Then they started yelling at me and put me in an angle,” Kingston Cross said.

“When he returns to an hour, the teacher, the adult says, ‘Since you want to say so, then I will expose your assessment in this class: f,” said Dzhevon.

“It just made me feel embarrassed and shy,” Kingston said.

The last straw for the crosses was when they were called for childcare services.

The family believes that the school used a situation that happened a few days earlier as revenge. Victoria went to the school advisor to turn to the harassment you are your son.

“I said,” d -Ij Adams, you have to find the problem. We have to do something. “

While they were talking, Victoria Cross says that her young age was in the truck with her. The window was down and the child was not crying, but Victoria said CPS was at its door just days after the conversation.

CPS told The Crosss that someone at the school had called and said she had left a child in a hot car alone.

In fear of the safety of her children, Victoria removed her children from school. Finally, they managed to transfer and the children started to a new school since this story aired.
