A man from San Bernardino has been charged with two murder accusations after police claims that he intentionally crashed into a car occupied by his wife and her lover, sending a car that fell into a flood control channel in San Bernardino.
Isaac Albert Perez, 31, pleaded guilty to both charges on Tuesday, January 28th.
The records of the Supreme Court of San Bernardino District show that Perez’s wife, identified by Corron’s office such as Asia Gursi, filed for a temporary restraining order against Perez in 2021, citing domestic violence. The judge denied the request, records show.
Guercy and the man whose name was not publicly announced were declared dead at the scene, the San Bernardino Police Department said in a news message.
Captain Nelson Carrington, a spokesman for the police department, said Perez had encountered his wife and the man with whom she had an extramarital affair in Peris Hill Park shortly after midnight on January 26th. The man behind the wheel, Carrington said.
About half a mile later, at Perris Hill Park Road and Pacific Street, Perez from the back ends its car, sending it through the chain fence and into the narrow canal, Carrington said. Their causes of death have not been announced.
Perez stayed at the scene and was arrested at 12:15, according to the District Diary of the Prison.
Perez was booked at the West Valley Retention Center, where he stayed without warranty. The District Public Defender Service is Perez. He is coming back to court on February 5th.
A woman who identifies herself as Guri’s sister said on a Gofundme page that Guri has been married to Perez for 11 years, has three young children and regularly visited a church with them in San Bernardino.
