The Community is gathering in the mayoralty of North Las Vegas for vigil in honor of the fallen officer Roskov – News3lv

Las Vegas (KSNV) – The species of candles will soon begin in the mayoralty of North Las Vegas, where the members of the Community and the fellow law enforcement officers gather in honor of the Roskov officer.

The event attracts a significant outpouring of support from those who mourn to the loss of an officer who dedicated 17 years to public safety with the police station in North Las Vegas.

Officer Roskov serves both in patrol operations and in a movement department, where he was recognized by an example award for his dedication.

It is tragic that he was fatally wounded on Tuesday afternoon during a shootout while responding to a call for service in a neighborhood in North Las Vegas near Camino Al Norte and Lone Mountain Road.

As the community thinks about his service and victim, she also complains personal loss.

Officer Roskov leaves behind two sons, aged 9 and 4 years.
