The Colton man arrested after launching numerous rifles in restaurants’ cartridges after disputes in late night – the internal empire community

A man from Kolton was arrested after claiming to have fired several rifles on patrons outside a restaurant after a heated dispute, police said.

The incident happened on January 25 at about 12:27 pm in 800 block on E. Valley Boulevard. According to a police station in Kolton, a disturbance broke out at a local restaurant. Shortly thereafter, the suspect, identified as 34-year-old Roberto Garchavira, seemed to pass by the establishment and fired several rounds in a group of patrons before escaping from the scene.

Colton police detectives have taken over the investigation and, through major investigative efforts, have identified Garcharara as a suspect. On January 30, detectives, located and arrested Garciera, without incidents. Authorities have also restored a firearm that is thought to have been used in the shooting.

Garcharara was booked at the Western Western Retention Center on attempted killings, where he remained in custody in anticipation of a case by the District Prosecutor’s Office of San Bernardino County.
