The Wilmington Catholic Youth Ministry’s service and his sports program have launched a partnership with Sideline Team to host all the Athletic Diocese Athletic Competitions in the 2025-26 season.

The partnership has been in force since January 6th.

According to the CYM office, Team Sideline provides software for managing various sports organizations for registration, team construction, schedules, communications, web content management and more. The program is used by more than a dozen Catholic youth organizations across the country, said the CYM office.

The transition to the side line of the team will allow access to schedules for administrators, volunteers and parents in real time, the office said.

“This was an imperative and necessary step to provide a league manager for the future growth of our program,” says Don Tees, the CYM Sports Sports Coordinator. “This will help us in the growing requirements of the Youth Sports Program Administration.”

Much of the time goes to build schedules, Tiece said, and the use of the team side line will release some of that time to build programs.

The CYM sports program sponsors more than 3000 in 11 sports a year. More than 8,000 students, administrators, coaches and volunteers have been involved, CYM’s office reported.
The Diocesan Sports Program, the Team Sideline website is available there, and there are Apple and Android mobile applications.
