A California Real Estate Company is launching a project in North Las Vegas, which calls for a home, commercial space and athletic complex in two former casino sites.
Agora Realty & Management held a ceremonial revolutionary Tuesday for its first phase of Hylo Park, the development of mixed use in Rancho Drive and Boulevard Lake Mead.
The developer begins with part of an 11 acres that is planned to have dining establishments, retail space and a grocery store, said Aaron Lev, president of acquisitions and leasing in Agora.
Overall, Hylo Park is designed to cover 73 acres, covering the neighboring former former Sites of Texas and Fiesta Rancho.
The casinos of the station destroyed both properties and then sold the Agora sites more than a year ago for about $ 58 million combined, real estate records show.
Different ideas were swimming for properties, from commercial or residential to a combination of both, “but it was the perfect adaptation for the area,” said North Las Vegas Mayor Pamela Gines-Brown.
Agora provides Hylo Park as a “vital, passable community” with a mix of suggestions.
