The development of a new training facility focused on aerospace space and defense is held at Community College Chandler-Gilbert Community College. The facility will be the latest Future48 workforce accelerator.
Future48 workforce accelerators are facilities for training production training, which are being built throughout the country in partnership with Arizona trade and local colleges. Chandler-Gilbert was suitable for the production of aerospace and defense due to aviation and related to aerospace programming.
Alyssa Tufts is with the sales body that has invested $ 30 million in accelerator efforts.
“So the goal is to really overcome the difference between industry and academic circles and to unite these two countries in order to develop a comprehensive curriculum and training to prepare high growth and high -demand career that are in these industries “She said.
Governor Katie Hobbs said the last program would help Arizona “remain at the forefront of a critical industry that helps us to be safe and secure.”
