Texas click the South Carolina Series at NCAA Weekend Action – Just Women’s Sports

No. 4 Texas Basketball claims for its revenge over # 2 South Carolina on Sunday, removing the NCAA governing champion 66-62 to even the series for the couple’s regular season at 1-1.

In the Longhorns process, the winning series of South Carolina’s regular season in a second season of the South Carolina-Viriga season dated December 2021.

The Texas Star Metison Madison Booker led all the goal scorers with 20 points and 11 rebounds, making South Carolina Down Stiley’s head coach praising, calling her a “beast on the boards” after the match.

The power of SEC creates a fight for the positioning of the NCAA tournament

The results of this weekend eventually transferred Texas, South Carolina and LSU to three-way draw in a regular season for the first place in the SEC-one of the most difficult leagues of NCAA.

Tigers No. 6 won their own win on Marquee on Sunday, downloading No. 19 Tennessee 82-77.

With this result, all three teams already have a 10-1 record of the conference, although LSU and Texas could break from the line during their possible date of the winner this Sunday.

In general, the depth of the southeast is both a blessing and a curse.

On the one hand, the elite teams of the conference are preparing to take March crazy from the storm: each of the best trio of the SEC will probably end the season as a team of AP Top-10, eventually winning a strong sowing throughout the post-season.

However, other strong units must fight insufficient seed because of the disappointing conference records suffered in the SEC glove.

For example, despite last week’s big victory over # 5 Uconn, the string of the subtle losses of the Tennessee conference make them sit 4-6 on Sect Play. This means that Vols is likely to face a difficult battle to claim a useful sowing in the NCAA tournament in March, which gives them a disproportionately difficult path to the final four.

Lauren Bets is not done with NCAA

Already looking after the NCAA 2024/25 post -season, Star Center Laure Betts will return to UCLA next season and abandon the WNBA 2025 project, the national player of the year has confirmed on Friday.

He ranked # 1 from the high school, the 6-foot-7 junior transferred to Bruins from Stanford after his freshman, making the 21-year right to pass his senior season and instead become a professional this spring.

“The college is the best years of your life, so I don’t think I would ever give up on it,” Bets told ESPN. “Why not be spoiled for another year?”

She also cites the opportunity to play with her sister, an incoming freshman of Ucla Sienna Bets as a factor in her decision to remain in NCAA.

WNBA Eye project teams eligible for colleges athletes

Bets is not the only top college player that weighs her options. A number of factors influence the decision that NCAA’s distinctions are currently confronted with the decision to make a professionals from zero money to the new CBA, which is expected to redesign WNBA in 2026.

Lottery locks like Uconn’s Paige Bueckers and Notre Dame Olivia Miles could have technically choose to stay in school for another year. However, none of them has indicated any plans for this.

Accordingly, WNBA franchises, which look at the upcoming project, note that market instability affects the first round selection transactions. The teams would be unreasonable to bet their bets on any best NCAA perspective, making the jump this April.
