A Brampton man is facing sexual assault charges involving a 13-year-old girl in north Durham
Police began the investigation Tuesday and arrested the man Thursday without incident.
Jason Bent, 36, of Brampton, is charged with sexual assault; Sexual interference; Invitation to sexual touch; Agreement to commit a crime against a person under the age of 18; Agreement to commit a crime against a person under the age of 16; and possession of child pornography.
The suspect is known to frequent the GTA, London and Barrie.
Police want to make sure there are no other victims.
