Tallahasee, Florida (WCTV) – Valentine’s Day is soon approaching and you can shake to make plans or choose to celebrate in the comfort of your home. A Tallahasese chef visits the WCTV studios to talk about some dishes that can be cooked at home; And of course, made with love.

Sam Burgess is the owner of Pineappetit in Talahasi. The restaurant, the food truck and the catering is known for its fresh pineapple cups and the island -inspired dishes.

The chef said of those who plan to celebrate Valentine’s Day at home, instead of going out, there are many dishes to cook as a special gesture for your beloved.

“If you want to start a day off on Valentine’s Day, prepare your husband’s breakfast,” Burgess said.
