Tallahassee SC joined the club league.

Founded in 2018, Tallahasesee SC played its opening season in 2019 in the Gulf of Persian (GCPL), winning the Eastern Division. From 2021-24, the club played at the NPSL Coast Coast Conference, which was renamed the Sunshine Bay Conference for the Persian Gulf for the 2024 season.

Battle Lions will play their home matches at the Jean Cox Stadium, a place for 5500 seats, which also hosts sports events for many high schools in Talahassi. They will join Sowegans SC, Valdosta FC, AFC Mobile and Union 10 FC at the League Bay conference in 2025.

“We are excited to join a league created by clubs and clubs that will allow Battle Lions to continue to carry the highest level of Tallahassee amateur football,” says Chris Petry, president of Tallahasesee SC. “Our players, members and young people all partners are committed to building a sustainable resource for Community football in Leon County for years to come.”

The Tallahasee SC is the fifth club that joined the League Conference for the Bay of the Bay of the Bay, which was formed as part of a GCPL partnership. Between six and 12 clubs are expected to play at the 2025 conference in the near future more messages should be expected.
