Reno, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) – Jose Brito, owner of Deluxe Travel, expressed relief after police arrested a suspect in connection with a break-in at his business in mid-January. Brito reached out to News 4 seeking updates on the investigation after not receiving any since the incident.
Surveillance footage from the California Avenue business captured the suspect entering the cash register. After the story aired Thursday night, police informed News 4 by Friday morning that an arrest had been made.
Brito said he is very relieved to know the suspect is behind bars.
Roger Pribilla, 42, was arrested on multiple charges, including six counts of burglary, four counts of grand larceny and one count each of vehicle theft, fraud and forgery.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and are urging anyone who has been a victim of a commercial break-in to contact them for further investigation. Victims can reach Reno police at (775) 334-2121.
