Delaware State Police are investigating a shooting that took place on Wednesday afternoon at Wilmington, which left a man in critical condition.
On February 19, 2025, approximately 4:29 pm, the troops respond to East Lea Boulevard in the Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington, a shooting report. After arriving, the soldiers found the victim suffering from an obvious firearm and life -saving efforts began. The victim, a 19-year-old man from Wilmington, Delaware, was transported from EM to a district hospital where he remains in critical condition. Due to the circumstances, the Delueer State Police Department has taken over the investigation.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the victim went to the residence of East Lea Boulevard when he was shot dead by an unknown suspect. A description of the suspect is currently not available.
The killing department is still actively investigating this incident. Detectives want anyone who has information about this case to contact Detective B.
