The prime minister talks to G -N Trump in an impromptu telephone call on Thursday, in which the couple discussed an “upcoming” visit.
The visit will come as the United States has deviated from Western allies in its position for Ukraine and NATO and against the background of questions about what tariffs imposed by the White House may mean the United Kingdom.

Speaking to White House reporters on Friday, Trump thought on his phone with Sir Keyer on Thursday and said, “He asked for a meeting and I agreed at the meeting, we will have a friendly meeting, very good.
“We have many good things. But he asked to come and see me, and I just accepted his question. “
In response to further questions about the date, he added, “I very soon think he wants to come next week or week after that.”
Earlier on Friday, Downing Street said Sir Keyer and the president were discussing “his upcoming visit to the United States” on a phone call on Thursday.
In what it is understood that the G -N Trump’s improvised appeal was, while Sir Keyer was dating Mark Burnett, Washington’s special envoy in the UK, the couple also affected the special relations between the United Kingdom and the United States.
Downing Street spokesman said: “Prime Minister hosted President Trump’s special envoy to the United Kingdom Mark Burnet with Downing Street last night, during which he called President Trump and discussed his upcoming visit to the United States. “
She added: “Mr. Burnett and the Prime Minister agreed to the unique and special nature of relations in the UK and the United States, the power of our union and the warmth of the connection between the two countries.”

A photo of the meeting, posted by the US Embassy, showed that Sir Kier was talking to the president while at the table for dinner at 10 Downing Street, along with G -N Burnet and US charge d’Arferi Matthew Palmer.
Sir Keyer and G -N Trump met at Trump Tower in New York before the US election.
Their meeting in September came when the Prime Minister was in the US city for the UN General Assembly.
In his comments to reporters on Friday, Trump claims that the couple met “twice” and he also described Sir Kier as a “very nice man”.
The proposed trip comes when the United Kingdom faces the coming threat of commercial tariffs determined by the United States, as well as potential tensions during the war in Ukraine and the United Kingdom on the Chgos Islands.
Trump said he plans to impose “reciprocal tariffs” on all countries that add additional costs to US goods.
The impact of the message on Thursday on the United Kingdom was unclear, but the policy published by the White House includes VAT as a goal for reciprocal tariffs.

Separately at the conference, he criticized the United Kingdom for a legal work, in which a former serviceman who is silently praying outside the abortion clinic has been convicted of breaching the safe zone around the center.
In a broader attack against what he has suggested is a deviation from democratic values throughout Europe, Vance claims that “the fundamental freedoms of religious Britons are more threatened.”
He referred to the sentence of 51-year-old Adam Smith-Koner, who denied it, but was found guilty last year that he did not comply with an order for the protection of public space at the Bournemut Center in November 2022.
Meanwhile, the allies of G -N Trump have expressed skepticism about the UK proposed deal with Mauritius, which will convey sovereignty to the British territory of the Indian Ocean, but rented a strategically important Diego Garcia military base, which is used by the United States.
Mauritan premiere Naine Ramgolam revealed earlier this week that the US administration will have a place to negotiate the future of the islands.
A statement by the Moorish government said a strengthening of the process. “
