Ruston, la. (Ktve/kard) – Trenton Richard is quite a hero – a funny, energetic – he brings light in every room he steps into.
But more than that, he is a leader in Ruston High School – both on the football field and in the corridors.
Richard was assigned to the list of composite composite teams of LHSAA Boys All-Academic, while assisting his team in one of their best seasons so far.
Its success on and off the field is why it is an honor for us to present it as our most star of the week.
“The classroom comes first and we really want to succeed, but when it comes to football, you want to give everything you can in both areas. I think it is very important to have a good balance between the two so you can give everything you can in both; Whether it’s time for your homework, your school work, or time lining to say it’s what I will work in in football and give everything I can in both areas. “
Trenton Richard has a touch of Midas.
Everything he is involved in; He finds a way to make it success.
This does not change when he enters the classroom.
Richard made an entirely academic composite list with his environment of 4.0 points, while being one of the central parts of the Bearcats football team.
Many times the senior year relieves many athletes, but this is not the case for Richard-but it still finds success on the field and in books.
Its success stems from a healthy balance.
“My older year was not easier. In fact, it became more difficult. As chairman of the Student Council, I have an additional class of guidance. Instead of having seven hours in my schedule, I have eight. So, I have to balance several classes at the same time as I also go here and train after school football. “
The pride of education simply works in the Richard family.
Now Trenton continues the family tradition.
“I think education is super important. I will be a fifth generation college here at Louisiana Tech. This is just something that is your future. Education will really stimulate the future. “
On the pitch, Trenton is the leader of Bearcats – and great in that.
His leadership qualities come quite easy, as he is also the chairman of the Student Council.
The way he leads to and off the pitch is what the man who all in Ruston Hi Hi enjoys his presence.
“He is very respected in this team. The number of things in which he participates in school, I want to say that I could write a book about it. He received this nickname “Totie” and everyone knows “Totie” at the school. The way he carries himself, heaven is also the limit for him. I know he will achieve great things. “
“I may not be the best here on the football field, but I know that I can use these leadership skills to motivate my team to continue, as well as in school as chairman of the Student Council, giving this example of These other students. “
But do not let him downplay the talent he carries on the net.
Richard was a stone wall for Bearcats and it was a big reason – to put up for seven interruptions this season.
When Trenton is in the goal, his team knows they are in good hands.
“He has kept us in some really close games and is a big reason why we have had great success this season. He made incredible saves and if you look at him, you would say, there is no way he will be a goalkeeper, but a man, he will surprise you. “
But Trenton is preparing for life after the play of football is over – to go to college and to stick to the exciting world of sports.
“I would like to or go to Louisiana Tech or Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee and I plan to specialize in sports marketing. A freshman year, I received a Christmas camera and started carrying this camera at various sports events here in Ruston High School and shooting for our sports teams. I would like to use my ability with photos to dive into graphic marketing when it comes to sports. Really just use these abilities and these hobbies and put them into my work life. “
Trenton has become a pretty young man.
Admit it for his family values, but the many options Ruston Hi have opened for him.
“Ruston Hi was full of opportunities and gave me great opportunities that really built me as a person and helped me grow and I just can’t thank Ruston high enough.”
