St. Paul, min. (Fox 9) – St. Paul’s police are looking for an 18-year-old man in connection with numerous sexual assaults dating back to 2023. He faces numerous accusations after new DNA evidence found on the scenes of the attacks coinciding with Davis.
St. Paul’s man accused of 3 sexual assaults
What we know:
Rakai Davis faces up to six accusations of first -degree criminal sexual behavior and is considered a risk to public safety.
He has been charged with raping three different women since 2023.
All attacks happened in the same St. Paul neighborhood near Cottage and Clear Avenue East.
Time line:
The first attack is said to have happened in May 2023, when Davis was 16 years old. The court documents meet in detail with the first victim in an online dating application only for “cooling and smoking”.
When the victim got there, he supposedly pulled a knife. The victim said she told a nurse, “I thought it would kill me when it was over.”
