Ganesh Sayee Ramakrishnan shoots the Spacex rocket at 18:13, about 5 minutes after the launch of Vandenberg’s space forces base on the central coast, 250 miles away. The Falcon 9 rocket launched 23 new Starlink Internet satellites in a low -earth orbit.
