South Carolina star Raven Johnson adores A’JA Wilson’s casual clothing – Sportskeeda

Raven Johnson showed a little love for A’ah Wilson on Monday. The Las Vegas Center Aces posted a photo of himself on Instagram, dressed in a white top with a black vest and blue torn jeans. She added a hat that said, “Literally just a girl.”

“Like literally,” the inscription reads.

Johnson responded to the photos in the comments, he wrote:

“😍.”

Raven Johnson was part of the two of their three teams won by the championship. A’Ja Wilson led Gamecocks to his first NCAA Championship in 2017, and Johnson played a vital role as South Carolina added more trophies in 2022 and 2024.

In addition to her basketball skills, Johnson is also known for her fashion sense and she explained her favorite styles in an interview with Under Armor. The Guard signed a NIL deal with the brand in March 2022.

“When I say I like to look good, I like to look good,” Johnson said. “I’m a type of person who has a gaming day. I think my game day fits in, I want them to be very nice because they are pictures of tunnels. This is something I post on social media.

“In the summer, oh, trust and believe me, I’ll show my skin. Like, I’m this type of girl. But in the winter I wear big coats and big sweatshirts. I wear this right now to class.

Raven Johnson is preparing for the big league after this season

Raven Johnson joined the Dawn Staley team in 2021, but played only two games as she suffered a left knee injury season. After his recovery in 2022, the guard played a key role as South Carolina has established himself as one of the best teams in the country.

While Johnson’s presence on the court is important for Gamecocks, her statistics do not reflect everything she does. Last season, it was an average of 8.1 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 2.1 thefts. In 21 games this season, Johnson average 5.6 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.6 thefts.

This means that Raven Johnson is usually excluded in conversations about important awards and project projects. South Carolina Zone Coach Staley turned to this after a 66-56 victory over LSU on Friday.

“You know, people can break Raven’s game, but at the end of the day, Raven is a winner,” Staley said. “Like, she is the winner. It doesn’t matter how many points she notes, no matter how many assists she has, it doesn’t matter how many thefts. At the end of the day she is the winner.”

“I think she’s a professional. I think the things she does for our team translate into a professional lifestyle. She defends that she can manage a basketball team. Can she, should it be a little more effective? You probably know. But she brings everything else that a coach would like. All these intangible materials? You know, it can’t be forgotten. “

South Carolina won 70-63 over 18 Tennessee on Monday night and will host Objn on Sunday.
