South Carolina is without a key player against Sacred Heart – Sports Illustrated

South Carolina’s Gamecocks will be left without one of her best hands in Bulpen at least for the initial series against Sacred Heart.

Following a Jack Veltri on on3, Paul Mannie has informed the media that sophomore Eli Jerszembeck “will not be available this week and probably next week.” This comes on the heels of Tommy John’s operation of Jersembeck, which protects him from part of 2023 and throughout 2024.

The former 16th Right Right Manager in Class 2022 impressed the scouts in his Frehsman season. This season, Jerzembeck made 16 participations to the mound, publishing 2.84 ERA with 36 penalties in just over 31 passes.

There is no specific schedule that the young right -wing manager will return from now.
