South Carolina determines the next date of execution for convicted killer Brad Sigmon – Wach.com

(Wach) – The South Carolina Supreme Court has set the date of execution of Brad Sigmon, who was convicted of killing his ex -girlfriend’s parents.

Sigmon is expected to be killed on March 7 after the court refused to delay the execution.

Sigmon’s lawyers demanded a delay until they received the autopsy report from Marion Bowman’s performance on January 31st.

This delay would allow Sigmon to decide whether he wanted to die through a deadly injection, an electric chair or a detachment.

His lawyers wanted to determine if Bauman needed two doses of the deadly injection drug, Pentobarbital.

In 2001, Sigmon was convicted of killing his ex -girlfriend’s parents, with prosecutors saying he was beating them with a baseball bat.

Prosecutors also say that Sigmon abducted her ex-girlfriend in shooting, although she later escaped his vehicle.

Sigmon now has two weeks to decide how he wants to die.
