“It is always the duty of the driver to succumb to every pedestrian.”

Bond, an experienced pedestrian accident lawyer, noted that in cases like this, it is imperative that there is an independent probe conducted by an experienced lawyer to help protect the victim’s family rights.

In anticipation of the results of the investigation, Sonny Provensio family members may be entitled to an unlawful demand for death for loss of love and communion.

“Stress and grief can be extremely prevalent after losing a loved one in an incident,” said Bond, a national legal analyst at Newsline.
