Softball is selected to finish fifth, two mentioned in the pre -season – Winston -Salem State

Charlotte, North Carolina (February 7, 2025) – The Central Inter-cultural Athletic Association (CIAA) announced the Presidential Softball Team of All-Ciaa in 2025 and forecast the Order of Completion, as voted by the Association of Directors of CIAA Sports Information Directors.

7 of the 11 players in the pre-season of 2025 were on the Allciaa team in 2024, all seven were honored with the first team.

Virginia is leading the pre-season four selections, followed by Bowie State and Winston-Salem State with two.

Claflin was selected to win the Southern Division title, and Bowie State was selected to win the crown of the Northern Division.

Last year, Aries finished the 19-20, 12-4 Ciaa season and a perfect 10-0 south and was named champions in the Southern Division.

Mirianda Wilson and Malia Simons were also listed in the CIAA Presidential Team.
