Winston-Salem, NC part of N. Stratford Road in Winston-Salem is closed due to a sink that formed in the middle of the road, according to the Winston-Salem police station.

N. Stratford Road is closed for traffic from Virginia Road to Buena Vista Road for “indefinite amount of time”. Drivers can bypass the closure by using Virginia Road, Oaklawn Avenue and Buena Vista Road.

Pedestrians in the area should be careful as employees say the hole is “big enough to get.”
