Phoenix – Authorities have issued a silver signal to a man of Scotsdale with a cognitive state that disappeared on Wednesday.
Michael Drew, 67, was last seen around 5:00 pm, leaving his residence near Hayden and Osborne Rhodes while wearing a blue and white shirt and jeans.
Drew was driving a gold 2016 Lincoln MKZ sedan with a registration plate in Arizona VSA62W.
The theme is 5 feet high, 9 inches and weighs 160 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He has a condition that can make him look confused, according to the silver signal.
