Kairi Irving left a young fan stunned when it involuntarily sent a pass to the seats near the court against Boston on Saturday night.
Irving and MAVs lagged behind by 46-35, remaining four and a half minutes in the second quarter of the rematch of the NBA finals.
After dribling from the corner, Irving threw a pass through the court, but missed his alleged target, teammate Jaden Hardy. Jalene Brown of Boston also tried to cross the submission before letting him float outside the borders.
As a result, the ball rose to a young fan, dressed in a team of Maverix and sat right next to Dallas’ bench. The boy seemed to look away during the game and it was fired from the ball from Irving’s hands.
Maverix’s staff quickly took care of the fan, who did not seem very shocked by the impact. His nose seems to be bleeding from the incident.
The fan nodded his head while Pi Jay Washington of Dallas, Brown and his Celtics teammate Derrick White checked him.
