Sheriff of Lancaster County Patrick McCrane This week, he reported charges of crimes against one person.

James Milton Fainey, 42 -year -old, by Newport News, accused of January 30 for annulment of the sentence and probation on the main charge of production, sale, giving, distribution or possession with the intention of producing, selling or distributing a controlled substance, non -compliance with Order of the District Court of Lancaster County to implement the alternative program for community adjustments.

Activity report

January 27: The staff responded to a 600 block of Chesapeake Drive for an abandoned vehicle, the 700 block of Nugent Lane for fraud, up to 500 block of the Ottoman ferry road for legal advice and the 80 block of Edgewood Lane for a complaint complaint.

January 28: Staff responded to 900 Rappahannock Drive for Identity Fraud, Club View Drive 60, Merry Point Road Block for home disturbance, on the 2000 Road block one-time for one-one One -off vehicle traffic and up to 1600 block of Morattico Road for livestock on the highway.

January 29: The staff responded to the 1900 Block Road block for legal tips, the 5000 block of White Chapel Road to check the welfare of the adults, the 70 block of Windmill Point Road for verbal disagreement and 1100 block on Fleets Bay Bay Way for the destruction of property.

January 30: The staff responded to 400 block of Levelgreen Road to check the well -being of the children, the Mary Ball Road 20000 block for penetration, up to 700 block of Nuttsville Road for penetration, up to 800 block of Nuttsville Road for suspicious activity, to the 800 block of Merry Point Road to check the welfare of adults, up to 300 block of Greentown Road for one vehicle crash, up to 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for threats and up to 3000 block of White Chapel Road for threats.

January 31: Staff responded to Shore Drive for suspicious activity, Mary Ball Road 5000 block crash with two vehicles and a 1,000 beanes Road for legal adviceS

February 1: The staff responded to 200 block of Chesapeake Drive for rifles in the early afternoon.

February 2: Staff responded to 100 block of Doggett Lane for suspicious activity, Harris and Irvington Roads for a disabled vehicle and Harris and Mary Ball Roads for a disabled vehicle.

Staff Also Conducted 40 Traffic Stops, Issued 46 Summonses, Assisted Five Motorists, Recorded A Deer Strike Accident, Handled Three Requests for Trafic 911 Hang Up Calls, and Fielded Four Calls For Animal Control Service.

Fiery calls

Emergency Medical Services of Lancaster County (LCEMS) and the Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Service responded to a pedestrian, hit by a vehicle of 80 Irvington Road and the crash of the vehicle of 2090 Devils Bottom Road.

Kilmarnock VFD also responds to fuel spill to 21 Cherry Hill Road.

White Stone VFD and LCEMS responded to a 300 Greentown Road crash.

The Upper Lancaster VFD and LCEMS responded to a vehicle crash at 5778 Mary Ball Road.
