Sexton wins the triple crown in Glendale, Lawrence Wounded – MX Vice





Chase Sexton has secured his second victory of the season. During the fourth round of the AMA Supercross Championship in Glendale, he claimed to be the triple crown with a 3-3-2 final in the main events. Cooper Web finished second (1-5-3), in front of Ken Rocker (4-1-5). Eli Tomak and Hunter Lawrence finished the top five.

There was a drama for Jet Lawrence. After finishing second in both the first two major events, things went wrong at the beginning of the third. He put his leg wrong on the ground and immediately descended from the track. Lawrence suffered a knee injury, but the exact degree of damage is still unknown.

Ken Rocker remains the common leader of points after Glendale.

In class 250, the victory went to Jordan Smith from the Triumph Racing team (2-3-1), in front of Heiden Deigan (3-2-4) and Cole Davis (1-1-8). Julien Bomer had to settle for fourth place, right in front of Michael Mosiman.

Although he finished fourth in Glendale, Bomer remains the leader of the championship.
