Birmingham, Ala. (WBRC) – A second person was arrested in a New Year shooting, which happened in the early hours of January 1.
Police in Birmingham claims shooting and murder of 23-year-old Nathaniel YoungS Police say Anderson fired a K-9 officer shots.
Authorities say they have received orders to kill Capital and three accusations of attempting to kill Young.
The 30 -year -old Cornelius Dont Houston is the first person arrested in connection with the shooting. Police in Birmingham claims that, along with the operating group for fugitive, the US Marshals arrested Houston on Thursday, February 13. Detectives have also received orders for a capital murder and three charges of attempting Houston’s murder.
Both suspects will be kept in Jefferson’s prison without a relationship.
