Seattle’s list includes several intriguing players.
Mariners have five-six top 100 players who will compete in spring training (depending on which ranking you prefer): Montes, Arroyo, Ford, Young, Emerson and Evans.
Arroyo, Montes, Evans and Emerson will be in spring training for the first time in their professional career.
Other intriguing perspectives such as Garcia, Cranton, Williamson, Rodon and Karen will also be in the spring workout for the first time. Karen and Cranton were prepared by Seattle in the 2024 project.
Mariners 3rd Rd Hunter Cranton has an absolutely lethal combo with two steps
4-SM: 95-99 (T100), 18 “IVB, 9” HB, 5.6 Vrel, -3.9º VAA, 36% Brah%, 38% Pursuit%
SL: 86-88, 0 “IVB, -5” HB, 51% Bind%, 32% Pursuit%%
Among the 4S with VAA above -4º, its VRA is the largest. Very unexpected driving pic.twitter.com/vkeifh5szp

On the part of the veteran of things, Feliz, the Number of the Year of All-Star and American League, will try to make it in the list of the main league for the first time since 2021, as his last trip to the main league with Los Angeles Dodgers, Felis qualifies for several teams internationally. He had 9.00 ERA in his last season in the main leagues in 2021 in five appearances with Philadelphia Phyllis and Dodgers.
Prospects like Cranton, Williamson, Young and Garcia are expected to have a chance to carve a place in the Main League list. Cranton and Garcia will expand from Bulpen, and Young and Williamson will receive opportunities on second and third base respectively.
It will be interesting to see the extent to which non-rostor invitations actually manage to carve roles in the list of 40 people and 26 people who enter 2025.
