Not only the Conservatives have rejected DEI

The Council of Scottsdale is riding a historical and national wave, which rejects political ideology that feeds DEI programs in the mayoralty, federal bureaucracy, academic circles, corporate America, major technologies, media, arts and entertainment and charity foundations.

The whole building of diversity, justice and inclusion is in collapse.

Diversity initiatives collapse everywhere

Most Americans agree that people in color should enjoy access to the same jobs and positions of authority as the white majority. Where it breaks down, it is how you do this.

And the country rejects the “equality of results” approach, which goes on many strips – DEI, affirmative actions, critical theory of race, critical social justice, decolonization, hereditary ideology.

America is done by imposing racial quotas from top to bottom and settings to achieve a predetermined goal of what is a “equality”.

The problem with this approach is that you are doing a race, not a merit, the highest priority in rental, promotions, grants and other things. The skin color, an integral characteristic of all human beings, begins to precede over skills and abilities and powers.

Candy rides high on these ideas. No longer

Ibram X. Candy, African-American Academician and Evangelist for the Equality of “Anti-Rassism”, once formulated this philosophy in his bestseller of the New York Times “How to Become Anti-RAC:”

“The only remedy for last discrimination is discrimination. The only remedy for presenting discrimination is future discrimination. ”

The University of Michigan doubled on Dei

The University of Michigan did not invent Dei, but has become the Manhattan project of its organizing principles.

  • “Instead, Dei’s efforts in Michigan have created a powerful conceptual framework for student complaints and teachers – and great bureaucratic mechanisms for their pursuit. In the daily complaints of campus and academic disagreements, professors and students told me, now they were presented as crises of inclusion and harm, each of which required additional administrative intervention or expansion. ”

New York Times is the Guardian of the Urban Left. This is not a magician. It’s not conservative.

Blue State California rejected affirmative actions
