School of the Environment Partners with Boise Cascade for New Fellowship – Boise State University

The Boise State Environment School is looking for student candidates for research scholarships in partnership with Boise Cascade.

The Boise Cascade Environmental Research Scholarship allows students to follow an independent research project related to environmental problems through the lens of any academic discipline. The scholarship offers up to $ 5,000 for individual or group student research projects completed in spring, summer or autumn semesters.

Eligibility

Any student who is interested in conducting environmental studies in 2025 is admissible as long as they meet the following criteria:

  • They are currently enrolling as a full -time student or planning to enroll full -time until autumn 2025 (full -time = 12 credits for students; 9 urban credits)
  • A minimum of 3.5 GPA
  • Need
  • The recipient will undertake a project to study the environmental approval by the Boise State Councilor and their present findings
