SC General Prosecutor Alan Wilson joins 19 other countries defending Elon Musk’s Doge – ABC News 4

South Carolina General Alan Wilson has joined 19 other states in the defense of President Donald Trump’s administration against “politically motivated” lawsuits trying to stop his team to defend the dollars of taxpayers:

South Carolina joined the Iowa -led short, along with:

  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • Idaho
  • Indiana
  • Iow
  • Kansas
  • Louisiana
  • Mississippi
  • Missouri
  • Montana
  • Nebraska
  • Northern Dakota
  • Ohio
  • Oklahoma
  • Southern dakota
  • Texas
  • Jute

Countries make the case that Article II of the Constitution gives President Trump the power to direct the executive agencies.

The 19th states are calling on the court to allow President Trump’s administration to continue to do its job to eliminate federal fraud and waste.

Prosecutor General Wilson is also actively supporting state Doge’s efforts to investigate waste fraud and abuses at the state level.

“It is Biden’s administration that there are between $ 233 billion and $ 521 billion in waste from the federal government, fraud and abuse, and President Trump is fighting and saving taxpayers’ money,” General Prosecutor Wilson said. “Although this must be a bilateral effort, the other party has brought a case to undermine the president’s powers to rule the executive.”
