Saji -Ya of St. Paul reveals special drinks, Royal Roller for the Winter Carnival – AOL

The daytime parade of St. Paul’s Carnival will be held on Saturday of Grand Avenue, and the Japanese Saji-Ya restaurant is among the local companies preparing something special for the celebrations.

The Grand Avenue King Boreas Day parade will start at 2 pm, with the start of the Dale Avenue and ends near Avenue Lexington Avenue.
