The daytime parade of St. Paul’s Carnival will be held on Saturday of Grand Avenue, and the Japanese Saji-Ya restaurant is among the local companies preparing something special for the celebrations.
The elements of the menu with themed themed from the Saji-Ya carnival include winter drinks for Winterland White Cocoa wonders, with Peppermint Schnapps or alcohol of your choice as a supplement.
Aurora Boreas, a citrus focused, seasoned winter drink Tiki, has a forged rum, cloves and cinnamon, cinnamon infused, plain syrup, canton ginger liqueur, evaporated milk and pea powder.
For sushi lovers there is a Royalty Rollty Maky Roller, which comes with a surprising mini appearance.
Outside the restaurant, visitors can also sit on a hand -threaded “ice throne”.
The Grand Avenue King Boreas Day parade will start at 2 pm, with the start of the Dale Avenue and ends near Avenue Lexington Avenue.
The procession will include dozens of groups, floats and just the crowned King Boreas and his royal family.
