Roar & Pour Wine Fest returns the zoo and the Topeka Conservation Center in April – Wibw

Topeka, Kan. (Wibw) – Roar & Pour Wine Fest at the Topeka Zoo will return in April, announced on Tuesday Mornng.

The event will be held from 18 to 9 pm Saturday, April 26, at the Zoo, 635 SW Gage Boulevard at Gage Park.

The organizers of the events said that “This spring event with a signature promises an enchanting evening, filled with live entertainment, fine wine, exquisite cuisine and exclusive auctions – all are placed on the breathtaking background of the zoo.”

Guests will have the opportunity to taste “a varied selection of wines from both local and national wineries, enjoy delicious dishes made by top local chefs and enjoy live performances by talented musicians, according to the event.

The event will also be auctioned for art and silent auction, offering participants the opportunity to bid in unique pieces, while supporting the zoo mission for the conservation and education of the wild.

Adding to the excitement of the evening, the famous glass artist April Lemon, from more than lemons, will present live demonstrations.

“This year, we are raising the bar with an incredible composition of entertainment, a rolling food and an invincible selection of guilt,” says Andrea Jones, a special events manager at the Topeka Zoo. “Roar & Pour is the perfect way to focus on spring – evening filled with laughter, great company and unforgettable memories in a truly unique setting.”

Early bird tickets will be available from February 26th. Receipts from the event support the constant efforts of Topeka’s zoo to protect wildlife and inspire future generations.
