A South Dakota restaurant is on the Honor roller – the Sanae’s Mediterranean on the Eastern Eight Street in Sioux Falls.

The restaurant is the birth of Sanaa Abourezk, a Two -time James Nominated for Beard Award for “The Best Chef Midwest”.

Sanaa’s, which opened in 2003, specializes in Mediterranean dishes such as Fatayers, Vegetarian Kibbe, Kofta Kabobs and Baklava.

The restaurant is open for lunch only every Monday until Saturday.

A restaurant in Iowa is also on the list.

Oak Park, on Avenue Ingersoll in de Mayin, has a rotating menu with pork chop, wrapped in bacon, as well as Wellington carrots and potato breeds served with Beurre Monté truffle.

Chef chef Ian Robertson draws on his experiences at AAA 5 Diamond and Michelin-Star restaurants in New York and Chicago.
