Wood Partners It offers a new retail and housing development of mixed use in the Old Town of Scottsdale. The project on Goldwater Blvd. And the Indian school road will include 232 luxury housing units and approximately 32,000 square meters of commercial and restaurants. The offered mix of residential units calls for 26 studios, 116 units with one bedroom, 83 and seven three -bedroom units.

Azbex reports that existing buildings on the spot will be demolished and the communal services will be moved to the perimeter of the property.

Parking is planned on 105 retail space and 407 living spaces, all of which will be in a parking garage.

Wood Partners owns the project. The designer company is Nelsen Partners.

No date has been set for the last, when the proposal will pass before the Scottsdale Development Board.
