Reports: The person hit a dozen times of firing at the end of Monday – First State Update

Wilmington police are conducting an investigation after shooting, late on Monday night in the 2600 -Medison block in Wilmington. Employees responded to the scene around 10:51 after reports of firing in the residential area near the West 26th and West 27 streets.

After his arrival, police found a 23-year-old man suffering from multiple firearms. Emergency medical care staff treats the man at the accident and later transports him to a local hospital, where he is in critical condition. Preliminary reports from the scene suggest that the man may have been shot down a dozen times, although law enforcement officers have not yet confirmed the exact number of rifles.

Initial reports show that the area is dotted with 5.56 sheaths. Authorities have not published further details about the suspect or motives possible and the investigation is ongoing.
