The Renault-Taho Airport is presenting new plans to improve the airport. So far, the airport tells us that it has completed its ticket expansion and Loop’s improvements, but there are still several projects.
Starting January next year, construction will begin to replace Concourses A and B.
Darren Griffin, President/CEO of Renault-Taho Airport Department, says: “The detention rooms we use are too small. This is a difficult experience with full planes every time we fly; And so we need a complete replacement of both competitions that they opened in 1980. “
Concourses is expected to be made in 2029.
Starting later this summer, construction will begin at the police and the airport headquarters. The group says this will allow them to move out of the terminal building, freeing up more space for the business inside – as well as creating a visible presence of the police for better public safety and security. This project is expected to be done in 2027.
And as follows, passengers can notice current construction for the ground transport center.
Griffin says: “We will destroy many of the buildings to the airport and build a large garage and – really – the rental center that people deserve and need. So it’s easy to find where you go to get this car quickly and easily and go to see Northern Nevada. “
The ground transport center is expected to be made in 2028.
The airport body does not expect much impact on the experience of travelers with these projects, as opposed to the expansion of tickets and Loop Road.
