The unexpected entry comes weeks after Hawk removed his farm as Hall continues his legitimate battle to block the sale.

The television personality first listed the property in October, just to drop it from the market three weeks later, when it was revealed that Hall had submitted a temporary emergency order to try to stop selling the home known as Parker Branch.

Hall – who lived in Franklin, Tennessee, a house when he was on the list – claims that the property had been released without his consent, even though he proposed to Hawk a global agreement that she refused.

Although Hawk bought the home before she and Hall married, he claims in legal documents that “the payment of the mortgage during the marriage” was entitled to the word in what had happened to the property.
