Reno Park Rangers who hold an event for bicycle maintenance and safety – KTVN

If you have a bicycle and a helmet, you can participate in the next Jr. Ranger conducted by Reno Park Rangers.

The event is happening on Saturday morning at 10:00 in Mira Loma Park in Renault – it’s free of charge and is open to all ages.

Rangers City of Reno Park will be on hand to help participants learn about motorcycle safety and maintenance.

In addition, the bicycle rodeo will be held by the Kiwanis Bicycle Program, and City of Reno Adaptive will have adaptive bicycles for use by people who may need them.

The city of Reno Park Rangers holds events every month where participants can win stickers for their Jr. Ranger. After winning six stickers, the participants then have the opportunity to sworn as a “junior ranger” from one of the park committee.
