“I took advice from NHS trauma specialists there with me to try to give clear information and make it in a way that was as less traumatic as it could be, but it would always be difficult.

“I knew there was no consensus because I consulted and talked to many different people, the victims, talked to survivors, talked to local chief teachers in schools where the children were still injured every day, as they” walk around the tower, I talked With the community and I knew there was no consensus.
